help enact kyoto protocol in USA

USA is one of the most significant emitter of greenhouse gases. The government of USA could be the sole cause for a major global disaster. If not forced to implement kyoto protocol in USA, the government of USA is going to lead the path of human civilization towards hell. It is our right to breathe fresh air. Global warming will cause meltdown of glaciers and polar caps which will in turn submerge many islands killing billions of people. There r many problems in the world(such as international terrorism) caused chiefly due to USA's nature of bullying the entire world and it's hegemony in the world.
