England boss Martin Johnson admits the latest injury setback suffered by Jonny Wilkinson is "very upsetting". The Newcastle fly-half has undergone surgery after dislocating his knee at Gloucester last week and is likely to be out for the rest of the year. The 29-year-old had only just returned after a shoulder operation and Johnson said: "It is very upsetting after the injuries he has had to get hurt again. "But he's a strong guy and we look forward to him coming back." Wilkinson will miss England's games against the Pacific Islands, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand at Twickenham next month.
