Kurdish parties gather before Baghdad negotiations

Officials unite on important topics and agree on unification of certain ministries. The two major Kurdish parties meet before resuming negotiations with federal government officials on disputes concerning Kurdistan Region. Kurdistan Region President Massoud Barzani will head a delegation to Baghdad in the coming days to meet with top Iraqi officials, said Iraqi President Jalal Talabani on Monday.
