Herald staff LYNNWOOD — In a match that went back and forth all night, Lynnwood was able to come from behind and squeeze out a 3-2 win over Meadowdale Wednesday night. After winning the first set 25-20, the Royals dropped the next two sets 13-25, 19-25. Just when it looked like the Mavericks (1-1 in league, 2-5 overall) might put the game away, Lynnwood came roaring back, taking the fourth set 25-23 and the last set 15-13 to win the Wesco South game. “It was an exciting, eventful game,” Meadowdale head coach Machen Shrum said. “It was pretty tight the whole time.” Lynnwood head coach Jean Kellogg echoed Shrum’s feelings. “It was an awesome game.
