SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) ― Homeless advocate groups marched on San Francisco City Hall on Wednesday to protest policies that are threatening to reduce funding to some homeless services programs. Tenderloin Health, a resource center for homeless services such as transitional housing, HIV medical care and mental health assessments, is one of the organizations losing part of its budget funding from the city.
