By DUANE DUDEK Journal Sentinel film critic Diane Bacha has been named executive director of Milwaukee Film, a recently formed group that intends to bring a new film festival to Milwaukee. Bacha has been a journalist and executive at Journal Communications since 1994. From 1995 through 2004, she oversaw the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's entertainment department. In 2004, she oversaw the creation and launch of MKE, a weekly publication. Most recently, she had executive roles with Journal Communications' specialty media and interactive divisions. Bacha said that, in her new job, she will be raising funds, setting the group's mission and managing projects. "They want to grow the festival, and I'm going to be there to do that," Bacha said.
