This time around, we’ve seen Warren Buffett step up with some epic, timely moves to bolster confidence in the financial system. And yet, as of this writing, stocks continue to plummet as panic engulfs financial markets around the globe. Clearly, the market could use more leadership from other admired business leaders, most of whom have remained silent to this point. And who is more widely admired and well-known than Steve Jobs? And what executive has a better appreciation for the power of a well-timed gesture, or for showing leadership in troubled times?
