Indiana basketball coach Tom Crean expects to start the season with as many as seven walk-ons on the roster. “One senior, Kyle Taber, is injured,” Crean said Wednesday on Fox Sports Radio. “So he’s going to be out until some time in November. He’s our only senior and I’m his fourth head coach. I feel for him. Not too much, though. He’s got a pretty good life. We’re getting him better. Even though he’s injured, he’s getting a chance to really be a leader. To be a leader at Indiana and Indiana basketball, you can write your ticket after that.
