Football: It's now or never for Scotland says World Cup veteran David Weir

David Weir believes the present Scotland squad is capable of emulating the one he was part of in 1998 and reach the World Cup finals. The Rangers defender's appearance in France 10 years ago means he is the only member of George Burley's squad to have played in a major tournament but the 38-year-old is confident that they can make up for the disappointment of coming agonisingly close to reaching the summer's European Championship by qualifying for South Africa in 2010.
