The receipt deadline for Arkansas small businesses who submit Phase I proposals in response to this announcement is 8:00 p.m. EST on November 20, 2008. Proposals must be submitted using the Grants.gov electronic submission system. Applicants must register with Grants.gov, which requires other registrations to complete the process. The DoE has identified 66 topics across the following 13 program areas.
