In yet another overture to get vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin to Michigan – after she disagreed late last week with Republican nominee John McCain’s campaign decision to pull resources out of the state – a grassroots group calling itself Fight for Michigan is trying to get 100,000 people to sign an online petition in the next seven days to “take Governor Palin up on her word that she would be happy to campaign in this state.” See it for yourself at www.fightformichigan.com.
