In the race for two seats on the Vacaville City Council, only a few have stepped forward financially to run their campaigns. Candidate Dilenna Harris seems to be taking the lead, garnering slightly more than $22,000 and has spent approximately half of that. Wunder-Mold Inc. and its president, William Martindale, are Harris' main financial contributors, giving her more than $15,500. She also received $2,000 from IBEW Local 180 Political Action Committee. Trailing behind her are candidates Ron Rowlett, Michael Fortney and Mitch Mashburn. Rowlett has raised a little more than $9,000 and has spent more than $6,000.
