A Sydney woman convicted of manslaughter for the euthanasia drug death of her partner will be sentenced later this month. Graeme Wylie, 75, was killed with a lethal dose of the barbiturate Nembutal at his Cammeray home in Sydney in March 2006. Mr Wylie, who had Alzheimer's, was rejected for a legally assisted suicide in Switzerland four months before his death, on cognitive grounds. Shirley Justins, 59, was convicted of his manslaughter in the NSW Supreme Court in June. Family friend Caren Jenning was found guilty of being an accessary before the fact....
