Vikings announce tonight's inactives

Tonight’s inactives October 6th, 2008 – 6:29 PM by Chip Scoggins The Vikings just announced their inactives. They are: wide receiver Sidney Rice, safety Madieu Williams, cornerback Benny Sapp, fullback Thomas Tapeh, offensive tackle Drew Radovich, offensive tackle Marcus Johnson and defensive tackle Letroy Guion. John David Booty is the No. 3 quarterback. Cornerback Marcus McCauley is active for the first time this season. He replaces Sapp. McCauley played in all 16 games last season, including nine starts. Rice is out for the second time in three weeks after suffering a sprained PCL in his right knee. He played sparingly last week at Tennessee. Linebacker Vinny Ciurciu (knee) and defensive end Ray Edwards (shoulder) return after missing one game because of injury. Wide receiver Bernard Berrian is active after being listed...
