Each week, Torontoist examines the upcoming TV listings and makes note of programs that are entertaining, informative, and of quality. Or, alternately, none of those. The result: Televisualist. Monday The Border has been back for a couple of weeks now and it is still pretty good in its competent, Canadian way. Televisualist does not watch it as a matter of course, but every so often sits down to watch a couple of Tivoed episodes, and it never fails to entertain us moderately.
