Donnell T. Brown, 36, of Lark Street, was stopped at about 8:30 p.m. driving a 1993 Oldsmobile near Orleans Street and Hewitt Avenue. Police found a sandwich bag of powder He also faces five traffic charges, including driving without a license, failure to keep right, driving without a seatbelt and refusing to take a breath test. Brown has previous convictions for robbery and driving while intoxicated, according to court records.
