Great Falls refinery expansion plan shelved

(AP) - The Canadian company that owns the Montana Refining Co. says it is shelving a proposal to expand the Great Falls refinery's oil-processing capacity. Calgary-based Connacher Oil and Gas bought the Montana Refining Co. in 2006.
