Hamtramck teen: Man who molested me is last person to see missing toddler

By Tammy Stables Battaglia • Free Press Staff Writer • October 6, 2008 A 15-year-old Hamtramck girl says that the last person to see missing 2-year-old Tangena Hussain is the man who kidnapped the teen for six days in February and molested her, according to police. Jamrul Hussain, the boyfriend of Tangena's mother and who is not related to the child, is expected to be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at 31st District Court in Hamtramck. Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy on Monday afternoon said he faces up to life in prison on a kidnapping charge and two counts of criminal sexual conduct.
