Today is the last day of regular registration and the first day of absentee voting. With less than a month until election day folks around town are taking advantage of the absentee ballot. Yellowstone County Election Judge Coordinator, Bret Rutherford, is predicting a big turn out this election year. "There is a very good chance that we could have more people vote through the mail or in our office, or the combination of both, than actually show up to the polls on election day." Billings resident, Angela Krause-Okragly, was at the downtown election office early this morning to get a head start on her 2008 voting. "I'm actually going to do absentee ballot just to make it more convenient. And for the next elections as well." The rules have changed when it comes to voting absentee.
