McNerney -- Boeing will hold firm on strike

Boeing CEO and Chariman jim McNerney on Monday sent another email to employees, this time specifically about the strike. It comes on a day when Boeing's stock dropped to a 4-year low on concerns the strike could last into November or December. I'll have much more on the strike-related events later today. Many of you responded to my column last week on the crisis in the financial markets with questions and comments about the ongoing strike in the Pacific Northwest and Kansas, which has now entered its fifth week.
