(Debbie Noda/The Modesto Bee) By Leslie Albrecht lalbrecht@modbee.com Proposed Rules Some of the conditions that fast food restaurants would have to meet under a proposed change to Riverbank's zoning laws: Restaurants may not exceed 3,000 square feet. Only one fast food restaurant is permitted per parcel, lot or tract on which all or a portion of a building is located. No parking shall be located between restaurants and public streets.
