AUSTIN, Texas (KXAN) -- Austin police are investigating a shooting in Northeast Austin, where a watch commander said a teenager has been shot through the neck. Three Austin schools are on lockdown, including Barbara Jordan and Volma Overton Elementary Schools and Gus Garcia Middle School.
