Week in Review: Playoff picture takes shape

(Giamou/Getty Images) The Houston Dynamo and New England Revolution became the second and third team to clinch their places in the MLS Cup Playoffs -- and every other club remain alive for postseason qualification, as Week 28 of the Major League Soccer season came to a close over the weekend. The Western Conference-leading Dynamo stopped the Colorado Rapids with an early onslaught for a 3-1 road victory to join the Columbus Crew as the first team to have booked their playoff tickets.
