Sunday, Sept. 28 12:43 p.m. — A construction trailer on Route 1 was reported broken into during the previous night, with an estimated $5,000 in supplies, including extension cords, battery chargers, sanders and nailers, taken. The trailer’s door lock appeared broken. Monday, Sept. 29 8:30 a.m. — Philip R. Ford, 25, of Portland Avenue in Rochester, N.H., was at Market Place Drive charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, violation of condition of release and operator not secured in seat belt. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court on Jan. 8, 2009. 11:01 a.m. — The theft of $800 in cash was reported from Foster’s Downeast Clambake. It reportedly occurred overnight and entry was gained through a window. 12:01 p.m. — A resident of Scotland Bridge Road reported that $550 had been charged on her credit...
