Hip Hop Stars Turn Out For Vh1 Hip Hop Honors By: Yves Erwin Salomon VH1's Hip Hop Honors gets bigger and better every year. This year's honorees include Cypress Hill, De La Soul, Slick Rick, Naughty By Nature, Too Short, and Isaac Hayes. The show, hosted by Tracy Morgan, airs tonight (Monday, October 6th) at 10 p.m. ET on VH1. The show taped on Thursday (October 2nd), at New York's Hammerstein Ballroom. Two of the show's highlights were Mack 10, Jim Jones, Fat Joe, and the Gym Class Heroes paying tribute to Cypress Hill and Mos Def, Estelle, Public Enemy, and Scarface paying tribute to the late Isaac Hayes.
