Today is the first day the LHSAA allows teams to officially practice marking the first wave of expectations for a Top 28 appearance come February and March. West Monroe's Lady Rebels are no different aiming for a return to the tournament, and star senior Kassietta Brown does not want any distractions, while leading the way for the team. Which is one big reason, she has already made a decision about her future. Brown committed to Southern Mississippi last week and will play for coach Joye Lee-McNelis and the Lady Eagles.
