Israel stocks decline; ICL plans a buyback TEL AVIV (MarketWatch) -- Israel stocks slipped on Thursday, with bounces in Israel Chemicals and Teva Pharmaceutical offset by a drop in Israel Corp. Late in the trading day, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange's benchmark TA-25 Index was off 0.58% at 984.67, while the TA-100 Index edged down 0.47% to 901.52.
