Miss. grocery, income tax cuts suggested in report

JACKSON, Miss. (AP) - Gov. Haley Barbour's tax study commission says legislators should consider reducing either the state income tax or the grocery sales tax. Only the House and Senate can change Mississippi's tax laws.
