WEYERS CAVE - Traffic on northbound Interstate 81 was backed up for 10 miles Monday evening after a tractor-trailer caught fire, blocking both lanes for an hour. Emergency crews were dispatched to the interstate at mile marker 234, near the Weyers Cave exit, at about 4:50 p.m., said Virginia State Police Trooper Doug Brydge.
