Preventing Motion Sickness

It can strike suddenly, leaving your palms sweating, head spinning and stomach swirling. Whether it's from a car, plane or amusement park ride, motion sickness can turn an outing into a mess. Motion sickness usually calms down once the movement has stopped. And doctors say the more you travel, the faster you'll outgrow the nausea. But planning ahead before you ride in car or a ride at the amusement park can make a topsy turvy time a little more bearable. "Ugh I feel a little dizzy, a little queasy." Not going to throw up."
