Bombers victory brings relief They're still a sorry 2-6, but the Winnipeg Blue Bombers can go into their 17-day break between games feeling just fine. More importantly, the talk about people losing their jobs will cease as well. Defensive end Tom Canada's 45-yard interception return for a touchdown with 4:32 left in the fourth quarter lifted the Bombers to a 37-24 win over the Hamilton Tiger-Cats last night at Canad Inns Stadium. The sun will feel warmer, the drinks will go down smoother and life will simply be better for the Blue and Gold during their bye week thanks to the win.
