Go ahead. Admit it. You love Chicago in the summer. In the winter, well, Chicago has a great personality, as we might say of attractiveness-challenged dates. But in the summer, there's music, art, dance—all kinds of goodness clamoring for your attention. Most of it is cheap or free. Most importantly, it's really good.
