GATINEAU, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Aug. 15, 2008) - Public Works and Government Services Canada wishes to advise all motorists that two Gatineau-bound lanes and two Ottawa-bound lanes of the MacDonald-Cartier Bridge will be closed for two days: - Tuesday, August 19, 2008, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. - Wednesday, August 20, 2008, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. One lane in each direction will remain open to traffic at all times. The schedule may change due to rain. These lane closures are necessary to conduct general maintenance on the bridge.
