A 22-year-old female executive filed a sexual harassment against her 47-year-old boss, but the Russian judge rejected her case saying harassment is necessary for the survival of human race. Russia for a long period of time have considered sexual harassment as part of life in the office, workplace and in universities. In their entire history, there have been only two successful sexual harassment actions against their male employers according to Telegraph (one in 1993 and one in 1997). The unnamed executive from St. Petersburg, had almost no chance of winning the case in the court, but she tried and was rejected by the judge.
