REDDING, Calif. -- Redding police say a 63-year-old man shot three people and burned his estranged girlfriend before killing himself. One of his victims is dead. Redding Police Capt. Peter Hansen says officers heard screams and gunshots Wednesday morning when they arrived at an apartment complex after receiving several 911 calls. On Thursday, Hansen said Kenneth Alfred was targeting his former girlfriend, 56-year-old Patricia Haggard. She had obtained a restraining order against him. Haggard appeared to have been doused with a flammable liquid and set on fire. Haggard's friend, 63-year-old Nancy Bosley of San Jose, died of gunshot wounds. Haggard's daughter and her daughter's boyfriend suffered serious wounds after being shot with the .357-magnum revolver. Unique content, exceptional value....
