He needs an over-arching acronym

HOUSE RULES: Christian Kerr | August 08, 2008 PAUL Keating has had a very good week. He's had his policy program picked over and praised and in return has treated us to not just one but two of his rhetorical flights of fancy. Australia's longest-serving treasurer, Peter Costello, Keating told us, "made not one valuable structure change in the Australian economy in the 12 years he was treasurer. He's a guy without imagination and he is a guy without courage ... a nong". We've also had a Keating critique of Kevin Rudd, the first Labor leader since him to hold the nation's top job. Rudd doesn't "have an over-arching narrative in place". The PM has responded with an "Oh, Paul's sometimes not an entirely happy chappy", but the criticism must have left him galled.
