Bulgarian Shots Friend Dead in Bar, Arrested

A 23-year-old man was shot dead by a friend of his in a bar in downtown Bulgaria's seaside city of Burgas early on Tuesday. The murder came after a row between the victim and the killer, aged 49, while they were sitting for an after drink in the bar after a night of clubbing.
