Myanmar and India will cooperate in setting up 11 centers for enhancement of information technology (IT) skill in some key cities of Myanmar, a local weekly reported Monday. The project of establishing these centers in major cities of Yangon and Mandalay and others will start implementation by the Center for Development Advanced Computing (CDAC) of India and the state-run Myanmar Posts and Telecommunications (MPT) at the end of this year under a memorandum of understanding signed between the two countries during a visit to New Delhi of Myanmar Deputy Foreign Minister U Kyaw Thu in December last year, the Flower News said.
