The Australian Industry Group (Ai Group) says an initiative to create 50,000 corporate jobs for Indigenous Australians will help to ease the skills shortage, while boosting the economies of Indigenous The scheme has been proposed by Australia's richest man and the head of Fortescue Metals, Andrew Forrest, while the Federal Government has promised to provide specific training programs. Ai Group chief executive Heather Ridout says she believes corporate Australia will support the initiative.
