Arroyo told to postpone signing of ancestral domain pact By DJ Yap Philippine Daily Inquirer MANILA, Philippines--The United Opposition is urging Malacañang to postpone the signing of an agreement between the government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front to expand the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao until the Supreme Court rules on petitions questioning its legality. Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay, UNO president, asked President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on Sunday to order her peace advisers not to push through with the memorandum of agreement on ancestral domain between the government and the MILF so as not to reopen "old wounds."
