St. Touristburg

Well I found out where the world comes to visit Russia! St. Petersburg! This city is packed with people from around the world. Alot of Americans right away here in the hotel and walking around the city, which I did not see in Moscow. The city is beautiful so it is easy to see why people have chosen to visit here. Very cosmopolitan feeling and the people seem a little more open and happy and smiling. The weather was incredible yesterday and since we are so high near the arctic circle the day light lasts forever. We sat and had lunch at an open cafe for what must have been close to two hours, the light never seemed to change. The shadows move so slowly it is hard to grasp a sense of time passing.
