Film character based on Pete?

Guy Ritchie has apparently revealed a character in his upcoming film is based on troubled rocker Pete Doherty. The filmmaker's latest offering, RocknRolla, features a rocker named Johnny who spends time hiding out in a drug den when he gets caught in the middle of various mobsters. And Guy has apparently suggested Babyshambles frontman Pete was one of the influences for the character, reports NME.com. "At the time I was writing it, Pete Doherty was everywhere," he told Empire magazine. "I think what we all like is someone who fell and then stood up again. And that's probably the story with Pete Doherty." Guy, who is married to queen of pop Madonna, penned and directed the new crime adventure.
