Charges dropped for man accused of stealing $0.47

The State Attorney's Office has declined to file charges against a southwest Florida man accused of stealing 42 cents from a mall fountain. The decision was announced Friday. A Naples police officer arrested 43-year-old Laslo Mujzer earlier in the week after a customer saw him fishing around in the fountain at Coastland Center Mall. A sign attached to the fountain said that all coins thrown into the water are donated to Habitat for Humanity.
