Speaking as former flight services professional with extensive awareness of the inherent challenges faced by in-flight crews and ground crews, let me simply say that the behavior of these women should considered reprehensible. Attempting to open an aircraft door in flight at 30,000 ft is no less than assault and may be considered attempted manslaughter. It's outrageous behavior. Brits have certainly developed a reputation for being ridiculous drunks!
