Capitol Hill Block Party Day 2: Chromeo and The Hold Steady Rock the Block

Following an afternoon of keyed-down folk-rock, headliners fans what they came for with successive high-energy sets. Robin Pecknold of Fleet Foxes performs at the Capitol Hill Block Party Saturday. The electro-funk duo composed of singer-guitarist Dave 1 and mix-master P-Thugg, produced a vivacious dance beat that had the whole block moving.
