Zain KSA launches special numbers

Zain, the third mobile operator which will begin service in the Kingdom in the near future, has launched a 'special number' program for its customers. The special numbers are easy to memorize and can be specific date or number that is special to a subscriber. "Zain's special number program, has been launched prior to the formal commissioning of its service to strengthen its relationship with its customers and get them familiar with the services offered by Zain," said Marwan Alahmadi, chief executive officer (CEO) of Zain in Saudi Arabia. He added that by subscribing to this service, the customers would become members of the "Special Numbers Club" where they would be offered a wide range of services and benefits that are exclusive to members.
