Roberts has seven-RBI inning in PCL

After failing to a drive in a run in his previous 10 games, Ryan Roberts made up for lost time in historic fashion on Saturday night. The 27-year-old third baseman tied a pair of Pacific Coast League records with two homers and a career-high seven RBIs during an 11-run second inning as the Oklahoma RedHawks outslugged the Colorado Springs Sky Sox, 15-12, at Security Service Field. Roberts hit .286 (10-for-35) with two doubles, a triple and 10 strikeouts during his run-producing drought before breaking out with the best performance of his six-year Minor League career. The former 18th-round pick sparked the big inning with a three-run blast over the center-field fence. He capped the outburst with a grand slam for his 10th career multi-homer game and first since April 12, 2007, for Triple-A Syracuse of the International League....
