To be precise, it's the beginning of the 10th season as the Titans, who came into focus in 1999 with new uniforms, a new practice facility and a new stadium. They also developed a new-found loyalty from many fans who found it difficult to cheer for the Tennessee Oilers or to make it into the seats at the Liberty Bowl or Vanderbilt Stadium. Thus, that nice round number is enough to make one feel a bit nostalgic. After all, so many things about the Titans have changed in the last 10 years. Or have they?
