Canadian athlete pedals across the country to support human rights in Tibet

Kay, 28, stopped in Montreal Saturday as part of the Race for Rights event organized by the Canada Tibet Committee, a Montreal-based organization dedicated to human rights and democracy in Tibet. In bidding to host the Olympics, the Chinese government promised the International Olympic Committee and the international community that concrete improvements in human rights would take place in China ahead of the Games.
