(Photo by Waldo Nilo - staff photographer) ESCONDIDO ---- Nine years after the city launched a program to help poor senior citizens and disabled residents pay their rents, city officials said last week that concerns about inflation have prompted them to consider increasing the amount of money residents receive each month. Qualified residents in mobile-home parks have received $75 per month since the Rental Subsidy Program began in 1999, while qualified residents in apartments have received $100 per month since they were added to the program in 2001.
